OOOH.Events is a self-service ticketing platform<\/strong> that allows you to manage ticket sales both online and on-site. It is integrated with the FrankieBravo 1.0<\/strong> automated ticketing system, approved by the Italian Revenue Agency (Agenzia delle Entrate) under Provision No. 382841 of October 12, 2022, and compliant with the Italian regulation of March 4, 2008 on dematerialized admission tickets (= print-at-home tickets).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

OOOH.Events can therefore manage the sale of admission tickets<\/strong><\/a> both for Entertainment and Performing Arts activities – including Music, Theatre, Cinema, Ballet, Fairs, Exhibitions, Museums, Sports, Clubs, etc. – and for any “non-SIAE” event where an admission sales and management system may be useful: from press conferences to charity fundraisers, from invitation-only previews to crowdfunding initiatives for business projects, from political meetings to conferences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Non-SIAE events<\/strong> can also be managed either through OOOH.Events’ non-fiscal solution or through the SIAE automated ticketing system using code 42 (events other than Entertainment or Performing Arts): in the latter case, the SIAE ticket replaces the electronic invoice that would otherwise have to be issued to each participant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The “bundle\/combo package<\/strong>” feature also allows a product or service to be linked to the sale of an admission ticket (which may also be free of charge), extending the use of the system to all businesses that can benefit from advance sales of their services (for example: a venue that, on the occasion of a live event, sells drinks or dinner online and needs to know in advance how many gluten-free, vegan and standard meals to prepare).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Finally, the OOOH.Events mobile app<\/strong> for access control, in addition to providing real-time statistics, allows you to monitor participants who have entered, those still expected, those who have left, and the current number of people present inside the event venue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Of course, on-site sales, physical box office operations, bulk pre-printing on thermal paper or PDF delivery by email, dematerialized tickets, full sharing of user data with the organizer, fixed-schedule subscriptions, promoter management and coupons: all of this with a fully self-service solution<\/strong>. In other words, not just another automated ticketing system, but a flexible and comprehensive tool.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
