In pieno stile ORO vi presentiamo una degustazione potente e intrigante a tema ALCHIMIA.
Questa volta il whisky si confronta con un altro distillato dalla ricca tradizione e dalla forte connotazione culturale, il RUM.
In verticale assaggeremo alcuni dei Plantation Single Casks distribuiti e importati da Compagnia dei Caraibi. Sapientemente selezionati, a partire da differenti distillerie dei Caraibi, da Alexandre Gabriel, proprietario della Maison Ferrand e master blender di Plantation, successivamente sono stati invecchiati secondo la tecnica del double aging e affinati in botti che hanno contenuto in precedenza whisky scozzese e americano. Un'occasione imperdibile per apprezzare un'insolita declinazione del whisky nella veste di un finishing dai tratti decisi e firmati da tre grandi distillerie: le scozzesi Arran e Kilchoman e l'americana Willett.
In questa traversata saremo accompagnati dal nostro Pino Perrone e dal brand ambassador di Plantation Francesco Pirineo che ci introdurrà nell'universo del morbido distillato caraibico.

We’re pleased to introduce you a powerful and intriguing tasting in Oro style, inspired by the idea of ALCHEMY. This time the topic is going to be the dialogue between whisky and RUM, another distillate with a strong cultural identity. We’re going to discover the world of Single Casks Collection - imported and distributed by Compagnia dei Caraibi - created by Alexandre Gabriel, the Maison Ferrand’s owner and the Plantation Rum master blender. These limited edition rums mature in a two-stage ageing process and then benefit from a further maturation in selected scotch and american whisky casks from Kilchoman, Arran and Willett distilleries.
