the conservation of the photos and audio/videos themselves in the computer archives of SayOh! Entertainment SRLS.
This release/authorization may be revoked at any time by written communication to be sent by e-mail to the address

Dear interested party who supplies SayOh! Entertainment SRLS your personal data, we wish to inform you that the "European

movement of such data" (from now on GDPR) provides for the protection of persons and other subjects regarding the processing of
personal data. The SayOh! Entertainment SRLS, as "owner" of the treatment, pursuant to article 13 of the GDPR, therefore, provides
you with the following information: Purpose of the treatment: The SayOh! Entertainment SRLS will process your personal data to
register for the event you have chosen and to send communications relating to the event itself or to the dissemination of other events
and/or services connected always and only to SayOh! Entertainment SRLS. Methods of data processing: the personal data you provide
will form the object of processing operations in compliance with the aforementioned legislation and the confidentiality obligations
which inspire the activity of SayOh! Entertainment SRLS. These data will be processed both with IT tools and on paper and on any
other type of suitable support, in compliance with the security measures provided for by the GDPR. Mandatory or otherwise of
consent: The provision of your data is optional. Failure to consent will not allow the use of the images and/or audiovisual footage of
the interested party for the purposes indicated above. Data Controller and Data Processors: The data controller is SayOh!
Entertainment SRLS. Data processors are promptly identified in the Privacy Document, updated every year, and duly appointed. Rights
of the interested party: At any time you can exercise your rights towards the data controller, pursuant to articles from 15 to 22 and of
the art. 34 of the GDPR. Retention period: The data collected will be kept for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the
purposes for which they are processed ("principle of limitation of conservation", art.5, GDPR) and/or for the time necessary for
obligations of law. The verification of the obsolescence of the data stored in relation to the purposes for which they were collected is

RELEASE OF LIABILITY
By registering for the event and providing all the requested data through the registration and subscription services chosen by SayOh!
Entertainment SRLS declares to effectively assume any and all liability, civil and criminal, and compensation for any damage to things,
people and structures directly caused by it or attributable to actions and behaviors of the same held during the course of the event/
competition/event as per the separate registration form and to be considered referred to here, as well as assumes any possible risk for
his person and exempts as of now to all effects of reason and law the organizers of the event and in particular the SayOh!
Entertainment SRLS. By registering for the event and providing all the requested data through the registration and subscription
services chosen by SayOh! Entertainment SRLS and any delegate or person in charge of any and all liability, renouncing as of now to
advance against them, in any capacity, claims for damages or indemnity.
