Nella Valle del Pardu, in mezzo ai tacchi d’Ogliastra, si sviluppano i vitigni di Cannonau più famosi e rinomati al mondo.
Tra Tertenia, Jerzu e Gairo esistono cantine e cooperative che raccolgono centinaia di produttori che esportano questo prodotto sardo in giro per i cinque continenti.
Andremo a conoscere il suolo, il frutto e le tecniche agrivinicole che contraddistinguono il territorio in tre tappe: la prima sul letto del Rio Pardu tra Ulassai e Gairo, la seconda in località sa Cabriola, Ulassai, la terza nelle pendici tra Ulassai e Jerzu.

In the Pardu Valley, through the “Tacchi” of Ogliastra, you can find the more famous Cannonau grapes.
Between Tertenia, Jerzu and Gairo there are several cooperatives that collect the work of hundreds of winemakers and export them in the 5 corners of the world. You’ll step on the soil giving the precious fruits and in three different stages you will see the local techniques that are the trademark of this territory.
