BIOGRAPHY - CHRISTOPH VON ERFFA
Christoph von Erffa studied violoncello with Werner Taube, Gerhard Mantel and Maurice Gendron;
Diploma at the Hochschule für Musik Frankfurt a. M.;
Repertoire from the beginnings of cello literature on historical instruments to contemporary music;
Dedicatee of numerous compositions;
concerts as soloist and chamber musician;
frequent participation in the New Music Days of the Akademie für Tonkunst, Darmstadt.
Numerous radio recordings and CD releases, for example the first recording of "Music for Cello and Piano" by Heinrich Kaminski together with Sören Lundström.
Together with the alto Christina Ascher CD release of a central work by the microtonally composing Ezra Sims on the US publishing house New World Records;
Improvisation projects as soloist, in the duo "Wort und Klang" with Elisabeth Schmock as well as with the Freie TanzTheater Frankfurt and the co.lab.tanztheater.
As a lecturer at the Akademie für Tonkunst, he taught violoncello at the Akademie für Tonkunst Darmstadt from 1981 to 2019.

BIOGRAPHY - ALBERTO MANZO
The pianist Alberto Manzo made his twelve-year debut with Mozart Concerto KV 488. His performances were published by the magazine “Suonare News” after the victory at the "XVIII Review of the Best Graduates of Italy in Castrocaro Terme and Terra del Sole" as the best graduate in the Academic Year 2013/2014. He participated at the Miami Piano Festival Academy in 2015 and at Expo 2015 as a representative of the Conservatory in Lecce; he collaborated with the violinist Aylen Pritchin to perform Schumann Quintet op. 44, with his teacher Mariagrazia Lioy to realize a program of music for two pianos, with Scipione Sangiovanni in a duo for four hands, with the orchestra of the “Tito Schipa” Conservatory of Lecce to play Mendelssohn's "Rondò brillant". Invited for three consecutive editions of Mantova Chamber Music Festival "Trame Sonore", in 2019 he performed at the 45th “Festival della Valle d'Itria” in Martina Franca. In 2016 he performed Chopin Concerto n. 2 under the direction of Francesco Libetta; the program was then reproposed with the orchestra of the “Tito Schipa” Conservatory in two other concerts in Brindisi and Lecce.
He graduated in Piano at the Conservatory of Lecce with Mariagrazia Lioy with full marks, honors and honorable mention, and in 2018 he concluded his studies at the “Santa Cecilia” Academy in Rome under the guidance of Carlo Fabiano. In 2018 he obtained also the II level Degree in Chamber Piano with honors.
He consolidated his preparation taking part in numerous masterclasses held by Ciccolini, Scala, Fadini, Lucchesini, Sinadinovic', Cappello, Gavrilov, Marvulli, Iannone, Camiseta, Cabassi, Lifschitz, Fiuzzi, Ponce, Gromoglasova, Pritchin. He participated also at the courses held by the "Sima - Salento International Music Academy" under the guidance of Francesco Libetta. In 2021 he concluded with a concert the two-year specialization course in piano solo at the "Paolo Grassi" Foundation in Martina Franca under the guidance of Francesco Libetta, with whom he collaborated in the creation of various recordings. In 2023 the CD "Logoi Neretinoi & Pianologie" is published with unpublished compositions such as Castérède, Libetta and Marinuzzi, recorded in four hands with Scipione Sangiovanni and with Seraphicus ensemble.
